Registration

Registration process:

Please read the instructions carefully. 
The payment of registration fees can be performed by bank transfer or credit card. On-site payment will be available.

STEP 1: Login or create an account;
STEP 2: After login, please go to the registration page and fill out in ENGLISH ONLY all the requested information;

Take note of the [Registration ID] generated at beginning of registration page;
STEP 3: Click SUBMIT button and it will automatically generate an editable PDF form where you must select the options regarding registration fee and payment method;
STEP 4: After filling all details in, the form automatically calculates total amount to be paid. Just print PDF Registration Form and sign it;

. Bank Transfer
Use the following reference format "3Bs - [your name] + [Registration ID]" on the bank transfer and proof of receipt, in order for the Organizing Secretariat to trace and acknowledge the payment;
     a) Perform bank transfer and save it in PDF format;
     b) Send PDF Registration Form dully filled in and signed together with proof of bank transfer directly to Caravela Travel Agency (e-mail: events3bs@caravela.pt or fax: 00351 253 200 509)

. Credit Card Payment
a) Fill in credit card details as requested in PDF Registration Form, print form, sign it and send it directly to Caravela Travel Agency (e-mail: events3bs@caravela.pt or fax: 00351 253 200 509)

STEP 5: Only when payment has been confirmed by the bank, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your registration is complete. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• 1. If you are a student, it is mandatory to validate the student status by sending a proof to conference secretariat (ana.guerra@i3bs.uminho.pt);
• 2. Please keep in mind that the online registration must be submitted (SUBMIT icon at the end of the online form). Otherwise, no PDF Registration Form will be generated by the system and the Organizing Committee will have no access to your registration info.
• 3. Full payment of the total costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
• 4. Payment Reference: 3Bs - [your name] + [Registration ID]
